NEXT BATCH
Next up.
Nanhara stays deliberately focused. Our cultural products bring millennia-old Eastern cognitive systems into modern AI apps — YiMatrix, YiSixYao and TaleAI are live. InkFlick (AI script-to-short-drama) and duValue (AI × investing) are now on the App Store too. The current matrix has shipped in full; what's next is a new product direction — announced once it's clear.
TWO AXES, ONE ROOT
Why these two axes?
Nanhara is a small company with a deliberate focus. We don't aim to ship one product per quarter or chase every category. We pick two long-term axes and build under each with patience.
Axis one — cultural products. The East holds millennia-old cognitive systems (Yi, divination, destiny, hexagrams, Liu Yao) that smartphones never truly modernized. YiMatrix and YiSixYao bring them into AI apps; TaleAI and InkFlick extend the same root into AI storytelling and short-drama generation.
Axis two — AI-native infrastructure. The shape of a company is changing. We first ran ourselves as an AI-native company, then open-sourced the way we do it as hara — an open-source agent CLI plus an enterprise layer that lets a fleet of agents collaborate like an organization. It's our bet on what the next generation of companies looks like — and how we actually run, every day.
