Agent-first, not AI-assisted
"AI-assisted" means using AI to help write code or emails — fundamentally you still make all decisions. Nanhara does a more radical version: some functions are directly owned by agents, and humans handle the parts agents cannot do.
Example: Our CFO agent automatically reconciles three bank accounts daily, auto-books high-confidence invoices, and auto-generates monthly financial reports. The human finance role becomes: handling anomalies the agent surfaces, reviewing edge cases requiring judgment, and doing commercial negotiations the agent cannot.
This is not a threat — it's a new form of work. Joining Nanhara means accepting that "my colleagues include AI agents" as a premise, and being willing to define the boundary between "what agents can do" and "what only humans can do." Our strategy agent calls this the "small team × agent multiplier effect."
We don't use AI — we operate with AI. The boundary between "what the agent does" and "what only a human can do" is something we define together, every day.

Claude Code fully enabled for all development work. Not "AI use allowed" — our workflow is AI-native. Tools, processes, and budget are all in place.

Learning Budget
¥12,000 annual learning budget per person, usable for courses, books, tool subscriptions, and conferences. One requirement: share what you learn in the team Obsidian.

Senior AI Engineer
Own the engineering of our core agent system — prompt design, tool orchestration, Claude Code automation. You handle the architectural decisions and edge cases the engineering agent cannot yet make alone.
Requirements
Product Designer
Pick up what the designer agent cannot: high-fidelity prototypes, user testing, brand-consistency calls. You don't replace the agent — you make its output land as real product experience.

Growth Strategist
Run ASO, growth experiments and overseas market entry alongside the growth agent. The agent generates hypotheses and crunches data; you push experiments into market and own the outcomes.
